About The Role: Reporting to the Head of Talent, the Recruiting Specialist oles exists to optimize, streamline, and help run Bionic’s recruiting process from start to finish. Bringing on the best people for super niche roles is crucial to Bionic’s mission and this position will help us do just that. This role will assist in hiring for a variety of positions on our Entrepreneurs, VPs, Operations and Product teams. You’ll source. You’ll screen. You’ll schedule and more!
In this role, you will:
Assist in recruitment lifecycle by sourcing, scheduling, and screening new hires
Keep the recruiting touchpoint “trains” running and on time
Perform complex calendar management via Google Calendar and other administrative support functions for interview process
Effectively communicate with Head of Talent and hiring teams about all aspects of the recruiting cycle
Collaborating with Head of Talent to develop, write and finalize job descriptions across a variety of roles
You have a “hunter-mentality” when it comes to sourcing talent. You’re determined, and able to think outside of the box when it comes to looking for the best candidates.
You’re a true taskmaster: someone who is hyper-organized and can develop lasting processes that last and manage the day to day execution.
You’re detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills and a strong sense of accountability and urgency
You possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
You’re a self-starter with a proactive approach to solving problems within an ever-changing startup environment
You must have:
__At least 3+ years of experience as a Sourcer, Recruiting Coordinator or Recruiter
__Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup or similar environment is a plus
—Experience with an ATS/Internal Tracking HRIS system
__Passion for people, startups, and the entrepreneurial ecosystem
__Experience scheduling a high volume of candidates and streamlining recruitment processes
-Experience with Google Suite Products (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Calendar, etc)
__ Experience with Mac OS is a plus
__Experience in technical sourcing/recruitment a major plus
