About the role:
We are seeking an inquisitive Entrepreneur Operations Lead to provide operational and tactical support for multiple startup teams across our client partners. This person will be a core member of a Bionic-Partner client team tasked with rapidly identifying, prototyping, and building new business ventures. You will work closely with accomplished entrepreneurs, investors and senior executives of Global 2000 companies to source potential ideas, navigate the startup landscape, execute validation activities, and provide insights and financial analytics to support our partners’ strategic investment decisions.

Lead evaluation of new growth ideas, including validation experiments, competitive analysis, and researching industry-specific knowledge
Co-lead startup team standups, sprint planning, synthesis meetings, and post-mortems with Entrepreneurs
Actively contribute to project-level analyses and product-market fit validation experiments to bring new conceptual ideas to life
Act as a thought partner to entrepreneurs in finding ways to move faster and drive greater impact
Create and organize client communications and board materials, including business models, presentations, and other assets
Participate in weekly client meetings and synthesize action steps/learnings as required
Travel as necessary
Bachelor’s Degree required
4+ years of experience in startups, venture capital, agency or consulting
2+ years as a business or research analyst
Deep passion and understanding of startup/venture ecosystems is a must
Strong client-facing skills; professional and confident demeanor with diverse teams
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple project plans under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent critical thinking skills and strategic aptitude; ability to interpret data and provide creative conclusions/recommendations
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Unparalleled “can-do” attitude and an ability to take initiative in ambiguous environments
Previous startup experience a huge plus
