About the role:

We are seeking a smart, hard-charging Partner Associate to provide strategic and tactical support for multiple startup teams across our client partners. This person will be a core member of a Bionic client team and will be instrumental in developing senior level communications, assisting Bionic entrepreneurs in the development of new businesses and manage Bionic’s activities with our client partners.

  • Support Bionic Entrepreneurs and start-up teams on the execution of experiments

  • Own the relationship with Bionic Labs to enable execution of experiment and prototype execution

  • Support VP on the execution of the partner account plan

  • Own account management operations for clients

  • Be a thought partner with the client VP in shaping the growth strategy for the partner

  • Actively contribute in bringing new conceptual ideas to life

  • Track partner accounts to proactively determine additional support and make recommendations that may drive client satisfaction and revenue

  • Create and organize senior management communications and board materials, including building financial models, powerpoint decks, assets, etc.

  • Participate in weekly company standup meetings and client meetings, and synthesize action steps/learnings as required

  • Travel as necessary


  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • 2-3 years of client-facing, business strategy experience

  • Previous experience working in a consulting, investment banking firm, or agency environment

  • Strong project management skills; can multitask and prioritize running multiple project plans under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly detail oriented, with strong attention to accuracy and organization

  • High degree of quantitative analysis, problem-solving and decision-making skills; critical thinker

  • Stress tolerance, can maintain composure when faced with difficult situations/personalities

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills; professional and confident demeanor with team of executives
