About the role:
We are seeking a smart, hard-charging Partner Associate to provide strategic and tactical support for the work we do including multiple startup teams and executive leadership across our client partners. This person will be a core member of our Partners team and will be instrumental in managing projects across various partner accounts, developing senior level communications by attending and participating in key client meetings, and providing synthesized and clear communication updates to all internal business partners.

Support VPs on the execution and operations of the partner account plan, including scheduling, document sharing/creation, and managing relationships with sponsors
Develop and manage a holistic calendar of all partner engagements and set up overall roadmap
Own onboarding activities with client teams, deploying key components, talent, and capabilities, shaping new offerings, and driving new initiatives forward
Participate in recurring internal and client meetings, and synthesize action steps/learnings as required
Be a thought partner with the client VP in shaping the growth strategy for the partner
Actively contribute in bringing new conceptual ideas to life
Track partner accounts to proactively determine additional support and make recommendations to drive client satisfaction and potentially increase revenue
Create and organize senior management communications and board materials, including: powerpoint decks, assets, etc. in partnership with internal design resources
Coordinate with Bionic Labs teams on resources as required
Partner with product leads at Bionic to help ensure consistency and delivery of assets, etc.
Travel as necessary
Bachelor’s Degree required
2-4 years of client-facing, business analysis experience
Previous experience working in a project management capacity for a consulting, agency, or startup environment a plus
Battle-tested time management and project management skills; can multitask and prioritize running multiple project plans under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Highly detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy and organization
High degree of problem-solving and decision-making skills; critical thinker
Stress tolerance, can maintain composure when faced with difficult situations/personalities
